Self-Pay Office Pricing

Your healthcare should come with choices. Community Integrated Health offers straightforward self-pay pricing for patients who prefer to pay directly for eligible services.

New Patient Visit

$120

For patients establishing care with Community Integrated Health. Includes evaluation of your current health concerns, relevant medical history and medications, and development of an appropriate care plan.

IV Hydration

$135

Your first IV hydration visit includes a brief health consultation and assessment to review your medical history, current medications, and hydration needs to determine whether IV therapy is appropriate for you. Includes your initial IV hydration treatment.

Additives are available for an additional charge.

Established Patient Visit

$95

For established patients returning for follow-up care, ongoing health management, or evaluation of a new health concern.

Returning IV Hydration

$100

For patients who have completed their initial IV hydration consultation. Returning visits include a brief review of your current health and hydration needs, followed by IV hydration tailored to your visit.

Optional additives may be selected when appropriate for an additional charge.

IVs and Injectables

Additional services: Testing, medications, procedures, injections, and other in-office services may have an additional charge. When possible, pricing will be discussed with you before the service is provided.

Have insurance? Self-pay availability may depend on your insurance plan and Community Integrated Health's participation with your plan. Certain covered services may be required to be billed to your insurance carrier.
